Delivery Service Detail


即日送貨服務不適用於偏遠地區

  • Applicable to single address only. Home Delivery Service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Disneyland (excluding outlying islands and restricted area in airport).
  • For unsuccessful delivered orders, our team will contact you by next day for the re-delivery arrangement and extra HK$100 will be charged.
  • Should the merchandise be found detective, exchange of merchandise may be arranged provided that customer informs us at 2736 3866 within 2 days of receiving it. The original receipt and the defective merchandise are required as a proof of purchase. No exchange or refund will be accepted thereafter.
  • Delivery will be suspended if Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted.
  • Someranges 已委託順豐速運 (香港) 有限公司處理送貨。
